Psychiatrists Only was founded in Atlanta, Georgia in 1998 by three physicians and firm Vice President, Wayne Parton. The goal is to recruit qualified psychiatrists for locum tenens and permanent placement positions in the healthcare industry. The company’s success is due to its highly qualified recruitment and marketing staff and their ability to create desirable matches between healthcare institutions and physicians. M. Wayne Parton, Vice President
Wayne Parton, Vice President of Psychiatrists Only, began his career in the healthcare industry in 1981. During that year Mr. Parton began working as a regional staffing coordinator with Spectrum Emergency Care. Mr. Parton was responsible for supervising and staffing twenty-three hospital emergency rooms in the states of Missouri and Illinois. After leaving Spectrum, Mr. Parton served as Director of Recruitment for Correction Medical Systems. He led the company in placement of physicians in seven state prison medical systems. In 1998, Mr. Parton furthered his career by joining the recruitment firm of Jackson and Coker, recruiting primary care physicians and psychiatrists. During his tenure at Jackson and Coker, Mr. Parton was promoted to firm Vice President of the Psychiatry division and led the company in placement of two hundred and fifty psychiatrists in more than one hundred national client sites. In 1995, Mr. Parton founded Quest Staffing Solutions, (currently known as LocumTenens.Com.), and initiated the company’s psychiatry division. Today, Mr. Parton serves as partial owner and firm Vice President of the very successful Psychiatrists Only.

Scot Shaw, Director of Locum Tenens Recruitment Division
Scot Shaw is a graduate of Auburn University and he comes to Psychiatrists Only with more than 16 years of experience in medical placement. Scot has placed physicians as well as allied health professionals during his career. He brings a background rich in the knowledge of the medical community as well as physician relations. Scot’s responsibilities include management of all locum tenens recruiters and their territories and in addition, Scot is responsible for the placement and management of his own states, which include California and New York as well as many others. Scot Shaw is an invaluable member of the Psychiatrists Only team.

Adam Karp, Director of Marketing
Adam Karp is a graduate of the University of Missouri and a native of Indiana. As Director of Marketing, Adam brings over 10 years of experience in healthcare marketing to Psychiatrists Only. Adam was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2003 and he continues his success today.

Don Ceniza, Director of Permanent Placement
Don Ceniza is a graduate of Mercer University and he holds a degree in nursing from Kennesaw State University. Don’s interests have always been rooted in medicine due to the fact that both of his parents are physicians. Thus, Don has a keen understanding of the physician’s point of view. Early in Don’s career, he served as a locum tenens recruiter covering multiple specialties for a company called the Staff Exchange LLC. Later, he started his own company called Top Docs located in Marietta, Georgia. Don served as co-owner and vice president of the Georgia based physician placement firm. Don is an invaluable member of Psychiatrists Only team and he serves us well as Director of the Permanent Placement Division.

Jon Paul Keenan, Director of Operations
Jon Paul is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and holds a Masters in Business Administration. Jon Paul has over fifteen years of experience in business management. He has served as the key operating officer in many student loan organizations. Jon Paul manages the office as well as the credentialing and licensing process for Psychiatrists Only. His ability to provide strategic guidance as well as handle everyday operations is what makes him such an invaluable member of the Psychiatrists Only team.

Zachary Juno, Marketer, Locum Tenens and Permanent Placement Division
Zachary Juno is a graduate of the University of Tulsa and he received his Masters in Business Administration from Georgia State University. Zachary joins Psychiatrists Only with a background in commercial finance. Zachary is a wealth of information regarding the trends in the placement industry for both locum tenens and permanent placement which assists Psychiatrists Only in providing strategic marketing for its physicians.

Clark Fowler, Senior Recruiter, Locum Tenens Division
Clark Fowler is a graduate of the University of Arkansas. Clark has extensive experience in both recruiting and marketing of medical professionals and has worked with great success in many specialties. Clark touts over six years of experience in the medical placement industry. His territory includes many southern and north eastern states. Clark’s expertise in both recruiting and marketing allows Psychiatrists Only to provide optimal matches to its numerous clients and physicians.

Donna Goddard, Senior Recruiter, Permanent Placement Division
Donna Goddard is a graduate of Georgia State University. Donna comes to Psychiatrists Only with over ten years of experience in the placement industry. Donna served as Director of Operations as well as a key player in the recruiting effort in many of her past positions. Donna joins the Psychiatrists Only in the permanent placement division and she is a great addition.
